This recipe comes from our very first Wild Foraged Syrup release: Elderflower with Cucumber and Thyme. It's so full of flavor that it didn't take much to create something specatuclar.
For this all we needed was our Elderflower Syrup, gin and lime.
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Syrup
- Squeeze of lime juice
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake with ice, pour over ice for a lovely refreshing cocktail. Add a half slice of lime and a sprig of thyme for a fancy garnish.
