Ready and waiting

I had a feeling this weeks update might be shorter than last weeks... turns out I was right. We are on the cusp of some really exciting things happening. But, I can't say I've got much to report just yet.

All I can say for sure is that we did send our product to the University of Tennessee for analysis, and they received it on Monday. We're hopeful that two weeks from now we'll officially be able to call our product shelf stable. From there, lots of good things are possible. Until then, we wait (as patiently as possible 😅).

For now, it's a good time to get your holiday orders in! As you can see above, I've been enjoying a lot of Peach Old Fashioneds made with our Peach Basil Cocktail Syrup. We have a limited supply of Peach Basil and once we're out it won't be ready again until next summer.
