Well folks, it's been a few weeks of almosts and maybes, but we FINALLY have some amazing news to share!
You ready? I'm ready! Let's do this:
1. We received our letter of from the University of Tennessee certifying that our cocktails syrups are shelf stable! We've been working towards this for months, and it felt amazing to get the thumbs up on Friday. This means we no longer need to store our products in the fridge moving forward, saving us money, and it opens up options for selling in retail stores.
2. Our Peach Basil Cocktail Syrup is now available at Midway Pub! We teased this a couple of weeks ago but we can now share the news. They're making a Peach Hot Toddy for the winter season. If you head over there, tell 'em Farmers Jam sent ya!
3. Our Peach Basil Cocktail Syrup is also available at Fresh Harvest! Jason and I are big fans of Fresh Harvest so it meant a lot that they wanted to carry our product. In fact, we are both Fresh Harvest customers because we believe in the power of local food to
improve our environment, our health, and the local economy.
All of this means we've got a lot to celebrate next week at the Farmers Jam Holiday Happy Hour! Join us on Thursday 12/15 at B-Side in Decatur from 5-8 PM for some holiday themed cocktails. Plus, Jason has been working on a new recipe that we're very excited to share with you at the party.
