A new season for Farmers Jam

A new season for Farmers Jam

Well, last week were all hyped about our upcoming event -- but as you've probably seen in our last email or on social media, unfortunately we had to cancel it. We were bummed, but it had to be done.

In the wake of canceling the event, and in the light of the summer solstice, we've had a lot of time to reflect on the future of Farmers Jam. What kind of company do we want to be? How do we want to serve our community? How can we build a successful company that delivers high quality, natural products that benefit organic growers?

There aren't easy answers to these questions, but they get to the core of what we're really doing here at Farmers Jam.

This week, we're back in the saddle and gearing up for a new season of Farmers Jam.

For starters, we're still going into production on the Farmers Jam Cocktail Syrup this week -- and we can't wait to share some with you. We're planning on hosting a series of small focus groups with bartenders and hospitality folks in the next few weeks to perfect this product and get it ready for market. The first one will be at a Sip of Paradise Community Garden, which felt like the perfect place to start.

We'll keep you posted as soon as the Cocktail Syrup is on sale, because we want you to be the first people to buy it.

On the jam front, we're thrilled to have two editions of the Strawberry Lemonade Farmers Jam -- a full sugar, and a reduced sugar. For everyone who's pre-ordered jars of jam, you can expect them just after July 4.

In the next few weeks, we're going to slow things down a bit and be very intentional with how we move forward. The new product launch will be critical to our long term success, and we're committed to every poring over every detail.

It's going to be an exciting few months, and we're very grateful for your support.
